Patrick Ritchie is a loan officer at Epic Mortgage and the author of the book The Credit Road Map, an in-depth look into how the credit world works. He also wrote The Credit Road Trip for young adults to prepare them for the world of credit. He has spent two decades as a loan officer reviewing thousands of credit reports to prepare clients for the underwriting of their loans.He is an approved instructor with the Arizona Department of Real Estate and a Senior GRI finance instructor for the Arizona Association of REALTORS®. Patrick operates the Ritchie School of Real Estate Finance, which provides continuing education for professional licensing in real estate, financial planning, and accounting. Patrick has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Ohio State University and a Master of Legal Studies from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
