I lead the tech team for Idealist.org. I am the bridge between design, engineering, our community, and all stakeholders within the organization. Following the launch of the Idealist Applicant Tracker in November 2020, we are moving forward with an ambitious roadmap of new features.

Helping to shape the vision and strategy across Idealist's digital products. I collaborate with developers and stakeholders, combining insights from data analytics and user research, to ensure we're building the best possible user experience for the global community of Idealists.

I founded The New Climate as a platform for telling optimistic environmental stories of communities adapting in the face of climate change. We use our website, email list, and social media presence to bring environmental stories of hope to light and share them as widely as possible.

Morningside Analytics is a Network Analysis and Monitoring company that discovers and monitors online networks that form around particular ideas and identifies thought leaders with standing in these audiences.I spend my time doing "cartography" (network map analysis), optimizing the research and data process for our clients, and forming new relationships with businesses and organizations who can utilize our services.
