As a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School (MPA), and the United States Army War College’s Advanced Strategic Arts Program, and Texas A&M University, Patrick brings a uniquely qualified intellect and experience focused on strategic planning, organizational leadership, and over the horizon technology integration. His tenure as the Commanding General of the Army Training Center at Fort Jackson, Deputy Commanding General of United States Army Recruiting Command, and Deputy Commander of the 1st Infantry Division in eastern Europe, creates the experienced wisdom of leading organizations through change, and the insights into understanding and operationalizing the connections needed transform vision into results.Patrick served in critical military command positions from company to division, on the faculty of the United States Military Academy, and in key leadership and strategic advice and formulation positions defining the manning, training, and equipping strategy of the United States Army. His service includes duty in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iraq, Afghanistan, eastern Europe, and the Pentagon. Spanning over three decades of experience, he has worked closely with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to turn cutting edge ideas and technologies into programs of record. His last few years of service focused on the recruiting and training enterprise for the United States Army. Patrick turned his passion for leadership development and giving back into an opportunity to serve as the Commandant of the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M University.
