I was tasked with creating and structuring iVita's Bank partnership strategy which incorporated building the funding side workflow for the product. I completed the Bank product build out, go to market strategy, and then lined up a Bank that serves as an equity partner in conjunction with acting as a $500mm debt funding source for the program.
