The Tourism Exchange USA simplifies digital product distribution for travel-facing hospitality and experiential businesses by streamlining real-time inventory management and content management across dozens of booking sites via a single portal. Previous Role: I served as the head of marketing for Lawyaw (now known as Clio Draft), a legal technology product specializing in document automation solutions, which was acquired by Clio in September 2021. Successfully built a lean, data-driven marketing organization that engaged a narrow B2B audience while delivering qualified leads for the sales team. Trust-building and a stewardship mentality are key to meaningful results. Before that: I assisted media and travel companies, non-profit organizations, cities and states with digital marketing strategy, content strategy, content distribution, UI/UX, information architecture, and search optimization. Generally: I'm able to leverage reason, empathy and data to facilitate better user experiences and customer journeys. I've been successful at increasing conversion rates, organic traffic and marketing efficiency for a variety of organizations and industries.
