PitchBook is a financial data and software company headquartered in Seattle, with additional offices in New York, London, and San Francisco.I lead PitchBook's finance & accounting teams, including FP&A, reporting, AR, AP, payroll, and risk management.

Zonar is a provider of telematic software services enabled by hardware. In this role I was responsible for leading the finance and accounting team of 15, including AR, collections, AP, FP&A, & payroll. I drove improvements like condensing the financial statement close timeline and simplifying commission structure. Managed the finance specific focus of a broad sell-side auction process involving more than 40 potential strategic and financial buyers. Extensive diligence process resulted in majority sale of the enterprise at more than 40% premium over prior minority investment valuation.

Zonar is a provider of telematic software services enabled by hardware. In this role I was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, development of SaaS metric methodology and subsequent measurement. I assisted in board reporting and facilitation of a minority investment by a Fortune 50 investor.

Provided buy and sell side financial due diligence on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for corporate and private equity clients. Broad range of industry experience with a focus on technology. Advised on dozens of transactions with valuations ranging from $10 million to $8.5 billion. Experience includes assisting in the integration of telecommunications acquisition into a global technology company.
