Failure is inevitable. Fearing the inevitable is irrational. The key to success if to learn from your mistakes and move forward.I am currently a sophomore at Heartland community College. Wherever I transfer to next year, I intend to graduate with major in Accounting and a minor in Informatics. I hope this specific field of study will help provide me with the greatest opportunity to excel in my entrepreneurial endeavors. My primary focus on corporate innovation stems from my desire to maintain enterprise control and overall goal of leading a company from infancy to maturity.Dating back to the summer of 2014, I have maintained a consistent work schdeule as an umpire for baseball. As a private contractor, I am allotted full control of each game within the confines of the rules. Not only doesthis job allow me to command enterprise control over the baseball diamond, but it also provides me withthe opportunity to remain in my favorite sport even after persistent shoulder injuries inhibited my ability to participate as a player early in high school.Throughout high school I volunteered over 100 hours of community service in a local food bank and my Catholic Church. In addition, during a 1-week international leadership seminar at Harvard University, I completed 20 service hours working at an elementary school in Boston.
