As a leader I empower teams and coach them to deliver high quality engineering solutions & products.Currently, I’m leading a team of engineers building delightful experiences for customers to engage with our content in a meaningful way. Previously at eHealth, I managed and supported a team of engineers building the top of the funnel experience for insurance customers. After eHealth acquired GoMedigap, I was central to the integration efforts where I consistently delivered on integration milestones, leveled up the technology in the Austin office, and increased call center efficiency all while ensuring daily business operations were not interrupted. Before the acquisition, I migrated the proprietary CRM application from on-premises to the AWS cloud to deliver a highly-available and performant experience for the sales, retention, and customer service teams.Previously, I leveled up through the ranks as a developer at International Studies Abroad (ISA) and then cofounded Metric Loop where I led software development. I have a BS of Electrical & Computer Engineering with a focus in Computer Architecture and Software Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
