As Senior District Executive, I headed membership recruitment for single fastest growing county in Ohio, responsible for 52 units and over 2,000 scouts. I served as advisor for numerous committees and coordinated new recruitment and screening efforts. I earned Silver JTE in 2014, Gold JTE in 2015, and 2015 Winner's Circle with year-end membership and unit growth. I attained positive recognition as a 2015 High performing executive in the central region. I also boosted Friends of Scouting campaign by 12.8% through hands-on leadership and strategic fundraising plans.
