Patrick has a long & diverse experience in Social Entrepreneurship, Microfinance and social Finance. He started his career as a loan officer at Adie, the European Microfinance Pioneer. After a banking experience, he joined Adie again as Regional Manager (Paris Region), CFO and Partnership Director where he developed long term relationships with private & public partners such as banks and governments.Between 2008 and 2010, he developed a specific program of funding for social entrepreneurs and was a Founding Board Member of the Mouves (now Impact France), the french Movement of Social Entrepreneurs.In 2010, Patrick started a microfinance organisation in Belgium with the support of BNP Paribas Fortis, the European Investment Fund and Adie. In a few years, microStart has become one of the most innovative and dynamic microfinance organisation in Europe. Patrick was also Board Member (2013-2019) and President (2014-2017) of the European Microfinance Network, the main microfinance practitioners network in Europe.Since April 2019, he is managing FAIR, a member-driven organisation which is promoting Social Impact Investing in France. Fair is also well-known to manage a financial label, Finansol, which has labeled nearly 200 financial products for an outstanding of 25 Mds euros.Patrick has a passion for business development, change management, social entrepreneurship and social innovation. He is also convinced that human relationships are essential in organisations.

FAIR is managing a Financial Label "Label Finansol" which was the first financial label introduced in France (1997). National Manager Social Entrepreneurship Program
During 2.5 years, I have developed a dedicaced program to coach and fund social entrepreneurs in various businesses. We have funded in this period more than 30 new social ventures with an amount of 1 million euros. One of the main achievement was to organize coaching duos between "classic" entrepreneurs and "social" entrepreneurs. Everyone was learning from the other ! Amazing !

Mainly with public partners (European Union, national and regional governments) but also a lot of private partners such as foundations, corporates and individual donors. I was also responsible for the relationships with banks and provided support to the network in these issues.Main achievements: fundraising approx. 2 MEUR each year. Private donors grew from 5% to 20% of the amounts collected.
