I have always had a passion for the human body and how it works. I have strived over the years through my university education to learn and gain experience in the field of Osteopathy. I also want to be involved in a career which allows me to help people in some capacity, which is why Osteopathy seemed like the perfect choice.I have been part of many sporting achievements over the years and have enjoyed being part of team environments. I have also always had a passion for running and have partaken in activities pushing the human body:• Football from juniors into seniors (currently at West Brunswick)• Basketball, Volleyball • Nike half marathon 2021• City2Surf 2013, 2014• Kokoda Track as part of a school immersion trip in 2013I have had experience in the field of Osteopathy through various placement and volunteer opportunities:• Placements at the Victoria University Osteopathy Clinic• External placement at the Wellington Clinic in Collingwood• Trainer for West Brunswick managing player injuries• Working in a Health Centre (SIA) massaging patients alongside other practitioners • Corresponding with Precision Brain, Spine and Pain centreI am hoping to find an environment where I can grow myself as an Osteopath and continuously be developing my skills. I am very open to new approaches and techniques and am looking forward to CPD each year to further progress my learning. Furthermore, I hope to complete dry needling and cupping courses in 2023 to add to my expertise.
