Responsibilities:- improve the financial processes (from a Neopost group point of view) with the help of IT solutions- support the implementation of SAP and Salesforce.com in the Neopost countries- arbitrate the change requests for the financial systems

Responsibilities:- manage the financial policy of the Dutch operating company- manage and support 5 employees- manage the finance and control proces, including forecast, budget, 3-year plan, and monthly close- send financial reports & KPI's to the headquarters in Paris, according to IFRS-rules- advice and support the Manager Director and my fellow-management team members- controle the sales margins, operating expense and the working capital- provide management information from my own-built data warehouse- manage the Dutch lease company and promote the lease activity to our sales force and customersAchievements:- provided in-dept view of the operating expense- reduced operating expense by negotiating for telecom, computers, lease cars, rent for building, copiers/printers and by selling the building of an acquired company- supported the acquistion of the addressing machine division of CIKAM (from negations, due diligence, contract creation to integration)- created a data warehouse from which reports were created, which gave a good overview of the business processes
