• Working on Benefits for corporate clients, national and international start-up, spin-off and benefits harmonization-related projects, including compliance analysis, market practice and recommendations;• Over 10 years experience as a Commercial Corporate Insurance Manager for employee benefits (life insurance, health & welfare plans);• National coordination of commercial managers;• Active participant in the development of Corporate Business at CCF Brasil Seguros, Banco ABN Amro/Real Seguros and Mapfre Vera Cruz Seguradora, in Technical and Operational areas;• Development of products and Technical Contracts at CCF Brasil Seguros;• Responsible for supporting the board and Vice-presidents in the strategic and commercial development of the Corporate Insurance Area at Banco ABN Amro/Real Seguros;• Active participant in the Quality Committee at Banco ABN Amro/Real Seguros;• Responsible for training the corporate commercial team at Met Life and Banco ABN Amro/Real Seguros;• Active participant in the Products Committee at Met Life Brasil Seguros;• Responsible for over 600% growth in life insurance Premium at Met Life Brasil Seguros during a 2 year period;• Commercial support for the largest insurance brokers and corporate clients – Care Plus.
