After working alongside the Wacker Procurement department for three years I was offered to join the restructured Information Technology procurement department as part of a two men team. Focus was on the improvement of procurement and reporting processes, handling of projects in the IT area along with the development of certain branches of the new category strategy for Hardware & Infrastructure.

Worked on optimizing processes for Wacker's Technical Procurement department, developed new eBusiness processes and implemented those alongside new systems into a global landscape. Main Focus was on the topics of risk management, supplier management, reporting and EDI. Operational work focused on managing user adoption along with support for processes.
