With over 20 years of experience in the media industry I have been drawn to visual arts and good design for as long as I can remember. Maybe it’s in my DNA growing up playing with my father’s cameras and being inspired by his photography. I was ‘overjoyed’ to get my first job as a photocopy-boy with Australia’s Grundy Television….and I thought I’d made it! I was lucky enough to be mentored by some industry champions and while adjusting to changing cultures, I eventually assumed the CEO role across Asia for the same company many years later (albeit bought, sold and renamed a few times along the way). Content, stories and design are my passion. My career journey has spanned Asia Pacific, Southern Europe and Africa and has seen me manage Senior Leadership roles in Production, Content Creation, Business Development and Operations together with full P&L ownership.I excel on a creative front and relish the challenge of solving difficult problems and situations. I have complemented this with commercial and leadership skills enabling business to out-perform and grow at an exponential rate.
