Current- Mechanical Design Lead for IRST21 Legion Pod, Production and IRAD – responsible for guidance and direction of the mechanical development for the program area; coordinated detailed design review of all model, drawings.

- Guided the mechanical team for multiple accelerated IRAD projects in support of growth of Legion Pod offerings and capabilities; developed and maintained the configuration control and documentation of multiple end user.
- Designed and created models and detailed drawings using ProE/Creo for various portions of the Pod ranging from mounting plates and doors, fluid system sub-level assemblies, and top-level Line Replaceable Units (LRU)
- Supported the redesign of the coolant system and pod structure with dual goals of increased coolant capacity and reduced cycle time to support the next generation targeting sensors
- Led multiple affordability and producibility projects to reduce cost, resulting in over $100k in per unit savings
