Developing a client book & transacting between institutional and private clients; advising on portfolio management, hedging & arbitrage trading strategies for proprietary crypto investment fund; building a market-making operation for Bitcoin options.

Established and managed a partnership of highly experienced specialists in technology, finance, former government civil service, and related fields to advise young companies with innovative technological solutions (inc. start-ups and university research spin-offs) on developing their business or inventions, in matters which included commercial strategy, sourcing and maintaining client relationships, product development, and raising growth capital. Operational sectors included cybersecurity, aerospace, big data analysis, autonomous systems, sustainable energy, financial services & fintech.
