First business hire -> VP OperationsReplit is an online coding platform and one of the most vibrant communities of developers on the internet. When I joined (a few months after the Series A), Replit was popular as a scratchpad and tool for teaching/learning how to code. I left about a year after the Series B, and the company had transformed into a powerful platform for building and deploying full-featured applications in any programming language.- Finance: built the financial model and led diligence for Replit's $80M series B ($800M valuation)- Sales: 5x'd company revenue in my first year, set pricing, negotiated and closed deals- Marketing: hired talented marketers, focused on social/content marketing in my first year, built-out attribution and reporting in my second- Community: hired and managed the team that took Replit from 3M to 10M+ users- Product: worked with a small team of engineers to launch a new education product, hired Replit's first PM and eventual head of product- HR: hired and grew HR team, set comp and people policies, helped set culture- Recruiting: built recruiting team, grew Replit from 11 to 70+ employees, conducted eng screens- Legal: built sales contract review process, updated privacy policies, conducted Series B diligence- Management: managed up to 8 direct reports at a time in various functions, managed managersOther titles:- Business Operations- Head of Education Growth- VP Growth

First hire -> VP OperationsIn my first year and a half at PeopleGrove, I successfully launched our first ~75 customers, while building the foundational project plans and materials for our customer success function and managing that team.In my next year at PeopleGrove, I managed our sales team, while developing our sales playbooks, personally selling $100k+ in new contracts, and overseeing our events marketing function.In my final year at PeopleGrove, I oversaw finance, HR, legal, and sales operations, notably leading a round of venture debt financing and revamping our financial model/processes.

At Market Track, I supported the executive leadership team in a variety of capacities, including implementations for custom software solutions, acquisition integration strategy, sales training and competitive intelligence, and legal.

At Bank of America Merrill Lynch, I built various financial models and analyses to support several M&A, debt, and equity deals and pitches in the Technology, Media, and Telecom industries. I was the top ranked analyst in my class.

I had summer internships in the Government Contracts and Investor Relations offices. I worked directly with the CFO in my final summer at SAIC.
