As the Chief Operating Officer at ADC Management Solutions, Patrick Scott oversees the organization's daily operations, developing and executing its long-term strategy. He is dedicated to driving continuous improvement and innovation to enhance the company's success. With over fourteen years of extensive experience working with federal and local clients, Mr. Scott has demonstrated his skills as a highly effective leader.Before his tenure as COO, Mr. Scott led projects for clients, including the DC Department of General Services, DC Sustainable Energy Utility, the US Securities Exchange Commission, the US Department of Justice, and ICF International. He managed the scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes. In addition to his work ADC Management Solutions, Patrick proudly serves as a mentor for Spark the Journey, a non-profit organization that provides mentorship and a community of support for young adults in Washington, DC. He also serves as a Board Member for the American Red Cross- DC Chapter. Mr. Scott holds a Marketing degree from Howard University and is known for his love of karaoke and the Chicago Bulls.
