At Affirm is re-building core parts of financial infrastructure from the ground up to provide more honest and transparent financial products and services.Most of my time was spent designing the web and mobile experiences for Affirm's virtual card product and Affirm's Offers product. The former to help ensure that people can use Affirm anywhere, and the latter to ensure they also get the best deal possible.

Adobe is changing the world through digital experiences. They help customers create, deliver, and optimize content and applications.In short, I was a professional prototyper. I worked closely with a team of designers and user researchers to explore the next new big ideas for Adobe.Contributions:- Implemented multiple features on Project Context, a large-scale multi-touch collaboration tool.- Extended the currently existing Adobe Color Node.js api to support location specific services for one of Adobe's first Apple Watch applications.- Developed a web application that was chosen as a "sneaks"​ finalist for Adobe Max due to it's unique ability to search expansive image collections by using images and their attributes as the primary search input.Technologies used: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Objective-C, Swift, and ElasticSearch.

Surf Shack Interactive is a small software consulting firm specializing in iOS applications. Contributions:- Added a custom audio/video player in a podcast style application using AVPlayer framework.- Optimized a key/value table view in Surf Shack Interactive's internal Cocoa Touch libraries.- Updated custom user-notification designs for the TakeLessons iOS app.Technologies used: Objective-C, iOS Frameworks, Xcode, and Git.

Thermo Fisher Scientific (previously Life Technologies) is a global life sciences company that offers high-quality, innovative solutions that range from everyday essentials to industry-leading instruments.Worked as a web app developer on Life Technologies' cloud-based web application platform. Contributions:- Developed a client-side implementation of Adobe SiteCatalyst Analytics and Google Analytics.- Proposed a proof of concept localization strategy using i18n.js library.- Created mockups of finalized wireframes using HTML, CSS, Javascript.- Compiled an internal reference tool for production AWS services.Served as both a product manager and developer on Life Maps, an internal iOS application that helps Life Technologies employees navigate to conference rooms on the go within the Carlsbad campus headquarters.Technologies used: HTML5, CSS, Javascript, AWS (EC2, S3, RDS), Heroku, Google Analytics, iOS, Objective-C, Jira, and Subversion.

Contributions:- Researched creative, measurable social media campaigns that solved a business need.- Conducted analysis of technologies for customer support, online advertising, and social analytics.- Educated fellow colleagues on emerging technologies and technical tools.Created a web application which incorporated data from Facebook and Twitter APIs to provide business insights around the current social audience.
