Reducing the time to provision by 50% - Splunk Search and Custom Dashboard Design- Develop and maintain solid partnerships with P&C claims leadership, administrative assistants, technology project managers, business and IT leads, and other key stakeholders- Facilitate response to end users technical questions associated with Cisco Jabber, CTI and CAR. - Prepare, produce and deliver timely, relevant, and technically accurate call activity reports, additionally performing call research reports based on customer complaints. - Respond to business partners and technical teams regarding call flow inquiries and validation.- Suggest and implement recommendations on efficiency improvements where applicable- UCCE Knowledgeable as well as CUCM, ICM, Voice XML experienced- Experience with Splunk Reporting, Dashboards, and Reports related to Cisco CVP, CUCM, ICM data. - Experience with IP/Telecom testing equipment Strong customer service and documentation skills Strong Microsoft Office skills including VBA. - Experience with general networking, stacks, SIP, VOIP, VPN- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Query, and SharePoint.
