After serving as a volunteer auctioneer at my children's charter school for two years, I decided to add professional benefit auctioneer services to my repertoire at gEvents. I graduated from World Wide College of Auctioneering and completed the intensive bi-lingual auctioneer training offered by World Wide. I have also “gone the extra mile” by earning the Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) designation. Offered through the National Auctioneers Association Education Institute, the BAS course covers topics such as the fundraising components of the auction event, item acquisition, audience development, contractual agreements, and public relations. Less than 5% of Auctioneers throughout North America hold the BAS designation. I recently audited the new BAS curriculum upon its introduction this past fall to guarantee I am familiar with the latest tools and trends in the professional fundraising auctioneer industry. My professional auctioneer training combined with my many years of event production has proven to be a tremendous resource for area non-profit organizations.

gEvents produces a celebrity golf tournament at Oak Tree National for PGA TOUR veteran, Scott Verplank, to fund the Scott and Kim Verplank Foundation which provides college scholarships to young people with Type 1 diabetes. www.VerplankFoundation.com

An annual fundraising golf event benefiting Adventist Medical Foundation in Southeast Portland. Over the years, the benefit generated over $2 million to fund projects at Adventist Medical Center.

gEvents produced a golf tournament at Oak Tree National for Oklahoma State University and NFL quarterback, Brandon Weeden, and his wife, Melanie, to generate funds for an endowed position for a pediatric heart surgeon at OU Medical Center's Children's Hospital.

gEvents was secured by the Portland Rose Festival Foundation to design a fundraising golf event to determine the corporate golf team champion of the region. Patrick served as Tournament Director for this exciting championship hosted at Oregon Golf Club.

gEvents was retained to provide consulting services to Eugene Country Club as they hosted the U.S. Senior Amateur Championship in August of 2018 for the United States Golf Association. Patrick served as Championship Director.

gEvents was retained to provide consulting services to Portland Golf Club as they hosted the 115th U.S. Women's Amateur Championship in August of 2015 for the United States Golf Association. Patrick served as Championship Coordinator.
