• Upon hearing from customers that they were sometimes left with a “surprise” support bill using AWS’s Activate program I built a clear case using data and a corresponding document to close the potential service credit.
• Worked with internal stakeholders to create a case for a major increase in sales coverage and re-segmentation around high potential customers versus current spend to be implemented in 2020.
• Created a push notification system to the business development team to communicate potential sales opportunities and warnings based on 3rd party funding information and outliers in our own internal data using Python.
