This journey began straight after high school, leading me through multiple leadership and management roles and earning me what I consider an "MBA from experience."🔹 **Notable Achievements:**- **Operations Manager at First Coast Pallet**: Started as a freight unloader and ascended to managing a team of 30-45, responsible for all inbound freight operations at the Publix Jacksonville Distribution Center 24/7, 364 days a year. My efforts here earned recognition from Florida Governor Lawton Chiles for hiring and providing new opportunities to paroled inmates.- **Entrepreneurial Venture**: Post-relocation to Palm Desert, CA, in 1999, I launched and managed a pioneering dry cleaning business with pickup and delivery services across the Coachella Valley, alongside my role at US Dry Cleaning Corporation.- **Leadership at General Air**: Joined as a service technician and climbed to service manager and then general manager.
