I currently lead BDO's TAS practice in Boston where we focus on helping our clients in their inorganic strategies. I oversee transactions spanning a variety of industries, with a particular focus on the industrial, retail and consumer, life sciences, technology and business services sectors.I also serve as the international liaison for the national TAS practice, overseeing inbound and outbound activity with our BDO network firms across the globe.

I provided financial due diligence services on potential transactions with a focus on the retail/consumer, industrial products, life sciences, manufacturing and technology sectors. I have experience in many different facets of a deal, including domestic and international transaction structures, divestitures, 144a financings, cost-cutting strategies, internal business development projects, carve-outs, alternative debt investments and purchase agreement negotiations.I am a seasoned deals professional, focusing mostly on buy side transactions. However, I have also been involved on a number of sell-side and cross-border projects, both during my time abroad as well as domestically. I have worked with both private equity and corporate clients spanning various industry sectors. In total, I have been involved in over 50 transactions, with deal sizes ranging from $10 million to $27 billion.

I spent two and a half years abroad based in Dusseldorf, Germany. While there, I focused most of my time on providing divestiture services to large corporate and PE clients, primarily in the industrial products, technology, life sciences and retail/consumer space. I also handled many of the inbound work to Germany as well as acted as the primary liaison on outbound projects to the US.
