Led the application team through the largest growth period in the company's history. Successfully transitioned from legacy application layer to modern java-based service-oriented architecture. Managed the Product Manager and Product Owner teams on product direction, delivery and quality for the product. Co-led industry's largest implementation of $1 billion in contract labor spend per year at IQN with a Fortune 500 company, completed successfully on time and on budget. Specified market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers. Developed and implemented a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

As a Product Manager I acted as Product Owner for multiple product modules and their respective enhancements and modifications. Owned the product line for developing a web-services based integration framework that was extensible and universal for all customers, reducing on-going development time and support costs and enabled scalability across the customer base. Led IQN's largest software development project (25 staff, $5M budget, 1 year timeline) to move from a customized commercial solution to an internal product for customer spend management, completed successfully on time and on budget. Led UI/UX redesign project to improve user experience and user adoption rate.
