Co-ordinating root cause analysis with the technical and functional team and implementing temporary and permanent solutions. - Acting as Business Relationship Manager with the company's EMEAI Customer Service, Logistics & Distribution and Manufacturing leadership using the Agile SCRUM methodology. - Leading large and small projects in the region (NEDC ITA/UAT phase, Brexit integration, OTD changes, Oracle upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10) following the Project Management Office processes. - Responsible for identifying and setting the performance and development objectives of the associates, ensuring engagement of the team members, and conducting timely performance reviews. - Continuously improving teams’ processes by shifting the level-1 daily troubleshooting tasks to our offshore team, automating test scripts, and creating knowledge base articles for end user self-support.
