I have over one year of experience working with Sprint/Nextel for the 911 Rate Center Management team. In my time with Sprint/Nextel, I have learned how to determine the boundaries for 911 emergency services using multiple online resources to ensure that our customers receive the correct services. I have helped our team locate new, helpful resources to ensure accuracy as well as wrote scripts and programs to automate processes to maximize productivity. I have gained valuable experience in this team with Microsoft Office Suite as well as using various online resources to solve complex problems.In addition I have also spent time with Ericsson Services Inc. in the Network Operations Control Center as part of the RF Service Assurance team. On this team I was able to learn about various RF technologies including CDMA, EVDO, LTE and IDEN on various RF equipment including Lucent, Nortel, Motorola, and Samsung and how to troubleshoot services degrading issues with the equipment. I also was able to create a program to standardize and track tickets created to drive service degrading issues to resolve.
