-Developing an overarching Information Technology Policies and best practices following the Center for Information Security (CIS) Critical Security Controls Version 8.-Artificial Intelligent Security subject matter expert for the organization. This includes drafting policy for acceptable use of Artificial Intelligent within the Utah State Board of Education.

-Administrator of the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) systems for the Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) Network and Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) Network.-Operate and maintain ACAS vulnerability scans, using Security Center, Nessus Scanner and the Nessus Network Monitor, for more than 15,000 devices, including desktop systems, servers, switches, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phones.-Assisted in the creation of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the SIPR quarantine process by creating a process to discover and document SIPR systems that have not been scanned for vulnerabilities or patched in more than two weeks.-Create and maintain reports based on Host Based Security System (HBSS) data for the NIPR and SIPR networks.

-Assisted with building, formatting, and testing a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure test systems. Related activities include: installation of servers, switches, and thin clients in the test environment; initial setup of the hypervisor; virtual client standardization and creation using VMware XenDesktop; and system stress testing.-Assisted in the planning and deployment of more than 20,000 devices as part of the Windows 10 upgrade initiative.
