Project enhanced the speed of payment approvals, digitized 15% of total paper payments, and standardized general ledgers for enterprise-wide financial and statutory reporting.Identified a vendor and then led software implementation of a claims system focusing on case management optimization for a large self-insured public entity, resulting in a reduction of claim intake time from ~30 days to same day service. Authored, tested, and standardized best practices for the General Counsel’s office, resulting in an annual savings of $2M-$3M in defense costs.
