In charge of delivering results for the Regional Superintendence, determined by the evolutionof assets (loans and financing), liabilities (investments) and Commissions (cashmanagement revenues, fees, insurance, capitalization, consortium, foreign exchangeoperations, acquiring and other Fees for structuring operations).• Monitoring the performance of the platforms and directing the teams to the necessarydeliveries according to budget and annual ambition.• Creating people/team development plan.• Maintaining the discipline in the performance with follow-up model of business plans withcustomers and sales pipeline.• Participating in the most complex negotiations, representing the Bank in meetings withclients and internal committees to evaluate and approve Credit Limits.• Establishing monitoring controls of overdue operations for the platforms to act in order toavoid provision for losses.

My role centered on meticulously monitoring business performance across key markets in Latin America where Banco Santander maintains a significant presence, including Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Brazil.I took charge of analyzing country-specific performance metrics and compiling comprehensive reports for senior management at headquarters, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making. Through proactive support, I facilitated the development of innovative solutions rooted in proven practices, ultimately contributing to the sustained growth and success of Banco Santander's operations.
