In the same branded apparel and premiums industry, I helped to grow a firm of 18-odd employees to a 3-shift, 85+ person team, offering screen printing, embroidery, pad printing & fulfillment solutions. A great experience full of successes, growing pains, and some real friendships. Not only did I learn quite a bit about our industry but I became expert in apparel manufacturing and sourcing abroad.

Worked within a district of stores supervising every aspect of store operation and staffing. The position took me into Indiana, Ohio and West Virginia. It was demanding and a fantastic professional experience - especially right out of college. I learned a great deal and, when I started my own firm, brought with me some very important concepts of customer service, price-value strategy, and management structure.
