Conducted initial land use planning for a property in central Charlottesville. The task was to determine if the site could support additional uses and market rate housing without displacing any current residences. It was determined a mixed-use, mixed-income development would best serve all interested parties and make the best use of the site.

Woodworks is a design build construction company that specializes in additions and remodeling jobs. I was the only designer in the office, which gave me the opportunity to work on all aspects of our projects. In addition to my design responsibilities, I received material deliveries at the office, then delivered them to the job sites.
