CurrentDevelop and Execute Human Capital Management Strategy:* Talent Management Strategy- Lead talent acquisition (recruiting), onboarding, professional development (learning management), succession planning, talent planning * Culture and Purpose- Develop and align organizational policies and actions to create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work envionrment* Change Management and Organization Design- Plan and execute strategic enterprise changes* Total Rewards- Develop and implement a best-in-class total rewards strategy (Pay Administration, Benefits, Compensation, Human Resources Information Systems)* Executive Advisor- Coach and develop key enterprise talent* Board Support- Support the CEO and the Board of Directors on Human Capital issues
