In the context of my practice, I provide general Labour and Employment advice and representation. While my clients are mainly employers, I do also represent employees on occasion in the context of wrongful dismissal and harassment matters.I have appeared before the Court of Appeal of Quebec, Superior Court of Quebec, Court of Quebec, Commission des relations du travail (Quebec Labour Relations Board), Commission des lésions professionnelles (Workers Compensation Board) and grievance arbitrators.I handle matters related to hiring, employment and workplace policies, discrimination, harassment, human rights, labour standards, workers compensation, terminations, reorganizations/restructurings, labour and employment issues in the context of commercial transactions, union certifications, collective bargaining, grievances and all other aspects of labour and employment law.I have also developed experience in the health and social services sector, including union certification issues and disciplinary matters concerning physicians.
