Responsible for scheduling transportation, safety vehicles and non-live fire events as well assisted in the scheduling of live fire events in support of training. Upon completion of each Formal Lesson, reviewed Instructional Rating Forms, completed After Action Analysis, and took reinforcing or corrective action, as necessary. Prior to and after each course, analyzed compiled data from internal/external evaluations and recommend revisions to the instructional materials and reported training deficiencies or other issues affecting the delivery of quality instruction.

Successfully served as the Range Safety Officer or Officer in Charge for both live fire and non-live fire events on over 90 different occasions ensuring that all training was being conducted as per the range regulations. Developed and presented confirmation briefs as well as performed administrative and other duties as directed by the Chief Instructor or Officer in Charge.
