AFRRCS is a province wide P25 land mobile radio (LMR) network designed to provide communications services for Alberta's first responder community and when completed will consist of over 300 LMR sites.As Field Services Manager I lead the Field Services group for all aspects of day-to-day coordination, administration, guidance and management of field technician activities located throughout the province.

Provide direct accountability for Enterprise Accounts (GoA, Alberta Health, Oil and Gas) in the design and implementation of advanced communication networks and Internet services.Complete written technical proposals in support of commercial tenders, along with customer initiated Requests for Information or Requests for Proposals.Design of access, point-to-point microwave, transport, data, voice and video network architectures, to meet customer needs.Work directly with Engineering, Business Sales, Operations Marketing and Product Development teams, to manage customer expectations of technical solutions and future service requirements.Act as a technical liaison for internal and external customers.
