As a manager I was selected to integrate the Compaq and HP Storage/SAN professionals after the merger into 1 team and implement and further develop the storage/san services portfolio. Under my management the team has grown to 17 Technical Account Managers and 8 Technical Consultants of which a few operate internationally.I am responsible for pro-active SAN en Storage support, SAN en Storage implementations, data migrations en pre-sales support on all SAN en Storage products (e.g. HP Storageworks XP, EVA, SAN (Brocade en Cisco), Backup and Recovery (Dataprotector), Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), HP Storage Essentials (Management software)).I started a program to recruit new and young talent for HP Support. This program resulted into the hiring of 7 young talented employees as "Graduates".I am also responsible for the Mission Critical certification program of HP Netherlands in which I am also an assessor who assesses the candidates. This programs goal is to lift the mission critical mindset within HP.

manage HP9000/3000 Customer Engineers , StorageTechnical Account Managers, Storage Consultants and Mass Storage Specialist (total 20 employees).Responsible for delivery of Storage/SAN services, on-site support of HP9000/Unix systems and corresponding operational processes en problems (escalations).
