I have had the opportunity to oversee multiple sales teams that exceeded sales goals by implementing and executing strong marketing plans to consistently achieve aggressive sales and marketing goals that drives revenue. I can quickly identify what issues are affecting sales goals through matrix driven management and KPI’s oversight to ensure sales teams are meeting and exceeding sales goals. If revenue trends negatively, with my experience and team collaboration provide guidance to make the necessary adjustments to positively redirection a strategic action plan to regain traction to drive revenue. I have a passion for coaching and mentoring teams to learn from each other, how to be creative in a competitive market, and how to identify what makes them successful salesperson while following “prospect selling” process.
