As an international sales manager, I have mainly had experience in Europe, Asia and the US. Within the high-tech industry, I have mainly worked with large American primes such as NASA, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, L3-Harris and other defense and (aero)space organizations. As a manager, I find it especially important to let my team perform optimally. It is my job to ensure that they are able to score that important assignment but also to solve that big problem with a customer themselves.
