As an international sales manager, I have mainly had experience in Europe, Asia and the US. Within the high-tech industry, I have mainly worked with large American primes such as NASA, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, L3-Harris and other defense and (aero)space organizations. As a manager, I find it especially important to let my team perform optimally. It is my job to ensure that they are able to score that important assignment but also to solve that big problem with a customer themselves. I stand by them to help them and thereby also get them to a higher level. Ultimately, it is about the team result and not about the performance of the manager. As a person, you could characterize me as reliable, hard worker, precise and accurate, disciplined, action-oriented and decisive. These are some of my qualities that emerged in a motivation test.
