Led the curriculum team to develop digital techbooks in math for grades 6-8, Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II, all aligned to Common Core State Standards for Mathematics. Modified content to meet curriculum standards for Texas, Indiana, Idaho, Louisiana, Toronto, British Columbia, and others.Created new content to create Integrated Math sequence for Math I, II, III, to be used in North Carolina and elsewhere.Worked with the marketing, implementation, professional development, and partnership teams to promote Math Techbook to a wide audience; projects included a three-part math modeling webinar series, op ed articles for various media, presentations to district officials and state boards of education, and managing a partnership project with the National Basketball Association and World Wildlife Fund to create classroom materials based on NBA and WWF data.

Planning and creation of online resources for K-12 teachers, including 100+ online interactives as well as 600+ standards-based lessons.Ideated and orchestrated the successful implementation of the Illuminations Summer Institute.Managed a staff of 2 FTE's and over 50 consultants.Imagined and developed Calculation Nation (http://calculationnation.nctm.org), a suite of math games.Successfully managed the relationship with the project sponsor, Verizon Foundation.

Created professional development for classroom teachers aligned to state mathematics standards. Biggest accomplishment was development of Instructional Strategies for Student Achievement (ISSA), a collection of lessons, student worksheets, and classroom tips for California teachers, which was developed for under $180K and sold over $2.2 million in its first year.
