I was hired for cinema-related business plan validation, market and competitive analysis and strategic mapping. I have spoken at major internatinal conferences in Europe, Asia and North America on how cinema stays on top and continues to drive the entire movie eco system.I am particularly proud of having worked for better gender balance in the cinema industry through the launch of the annual Top 50 Women in Global Cinema list and awards, that recognises outstanding leadership by women in the theatrical exhibition industry, which is currently in its seventh year.

I was a Board Member of the Digital Sub-Committee of SAWA - the Screen Advertising World Association, which is the global trade body for the cinema advertising industry. I helped guide the cinema advertising industry form analogue 35mm film to digital distribution and projection, including standards and best practices. This included being on stage and moderator for 10 consecutive years at Cannes Lions' annual event for cinema advertising, which regularly ranked in the Top 5 for highest rated events at Cannes Lions, in fierce competition with the Bonos and Al Gores of other seminars. The seminars helped keep cinema advertising at the forefront of the minds of agencies, creatives and brands, despite representing only between one and two percent of global advertising spend.

I was in charge of Reliance MediaWork's global strategy for film & media services, including digital cinema, restoration and image processing, 2D-to-3D conversion and other 'sunrise' areas of growth. This included heading up the London operation, covering rushes lab, VFX and restoration. I was in charge of business development with regards to work with leading Hollywood studios and Indian film producers, helping to build India's largest global BPO for media services.
