As the Longwall Product Manager at WesTrac i was responsible for- New Equipment Sales of all Caterpillar Longwall equipment in NSW, ~ $150M over 4 years, with increased GP % over time.- Co-ordination and prioritisation of all aftermarket parts and service to existing customers. Increased revenue by 62% from ~ $20M > $32M over a 4 year period.- Identifying adjacent revenue streams, building business plans to implement the new revenue streams and then staying in touch with the project through the execution phases to ensure that they succeed.- Identifying EBIT growth through utilisation of existing assets- Develop and maintain yearly budgets, provide quarterly forecast projections to internal stakeholders with commentary on positive and negative variances- Monitor and provide input into the P&L results of our workshop performance to ensure EBIT growth.- Develop strong relationships with customers built on trust and past execution performance.- Identifying customer needs, developing and executing after-market sales and support strategies.

Working as the Shift Undermanager at Bulga Underground I have been exposed to many different challenges, but we have always managed to succeed. I am very proud of some of our achievements and my involvement in the success of the business.
