Clients include supply chain development and management for a PPE wholesaler, supply chain optimization and delivery for an online marketplace of premium design goods, and supply chain planning and execution for a plant-based food start-up.Across my career, I’ve built complex consumer goods supply chains that have helped drive billions in commercial value for 30+ institutions—roadmapping, developing, manufacturing, and delivering 85+ million products / SKUs. Product categories span wholesale packaging, ecommerce, retail, manufacturer-to-consumer / D2C, and subscription box programs across segments such as home décor, party goods, PPE, and clothing / accessories.During that time, I’ve led teams of up to 100 people worldwide; cultivated first-name relationships with more than 150+ global supply chain partners; restructured underperforming vendor-management teams; and partnered with product development teams in pulling together the right talent, while aligning the myriad end-to-end expectations and realities that ultimately get a product to its buyer.As a business school refugee, I didn’t plan to be in supply chain.
