• Manage Digital Scoreboards: Oversee the management, maintenance, and training for digital scoreboards across seven high school campuses. Includes the display of digital ads, district messages, and various digital content. • Social Media Content Creation: Produce and curate engaging social media posts for all athletic department social channels. Effectively reaching and informing a diverse audience of over 100,000 parents, students, and community members resulting from over 60,000 media hits.• Digital Advertising Contracts: Collaborate with the District Legal Department and sponsors to draft contracts for digital advertising opportunities within our schools, resulting in the successful acquisition of over $120,000 in ad revenue/sponsorships. • Ticketing Operations: Manage the digital ticketing center, ensuring pricing accuracy and ticket availability for more than 200 events. Additionally, responsible for the distribution of media credentials to various media outlets. • Multi-faceted Contributions: Assist in a wide range of tasks: coordinating school team and coach’s travel arrangements, scheduling season games to include site logistics, managing district realignment, office administration, working with are partners and sponsor on any digital communication needs or wants and any other responsibilities as assigned.
