Building & coaching strong teams that can cope with a dynamic workload that is strategically planned & organized and has efficiently designed processes in order to attract & maintain highly satisfied customers. All to achieve the best financial results and staying ahead of competition.Welcome to my LinkedIn Profile! Please find below some of my passions, skills and believes. It all starts with passion and ends in great results! My passion for Hotels already started at primary school from a very young age. No surprise that this therefore led me to study Hospitality Management. My ambition took me to become Hotel Manager by the time I turned 30. Even though my background is in hospitality, I am now looking to broaden the horizon. Great results in hospitality can only be delivered when you are successful in projecting your passion on your team and sparkle their own passions. This is something I’ve learned in all the years I’ve built and developed teams and its individuals into promotions. From this, my passion for training has sprouted. In 2019 I facilitated a 7 month course called Leading Others, where I’ve developed high potential candidates in Supervisory & Management roles for the next step. I’m often sought by my network within the hospitality sector for advice & coaching and was installed as a field expert for MBO Utrecht, vocational education.A great team can only provide great results when you provide them with the right set of commercial and customer service skills, for which I believe I lead by example, in order to provide the highest level of quality.I am especially passionate about analysing results from revenue management & cost control strategies where digging into challenges, like a dog with a bone, in order to set new strategies and budgets; always improving previous ones. Heavily working together with stakeholders such as owners, suppliers, competition, local authorities and network. So some of my passions in short: Team Builder & Developer, Coach, Commercially driven, Stakeholder Management, Customer Service, Facility & Asset Management, Profit & Loss Responsible, Public Speaker, Quality, Project & Change Management.

For the courses within Travel, Leisure & Hospitality of MBO Utrecht I've been asked as a field expert to come together several times per year to discuss and work on matching the course theory better with the practice within hotels and therefore provide a better synchronization between the school and the internships.
In early 2021 I collaborated to bring MBO Utrecht students a real life case over 6 weeks. They worked partly in the hotel. Late 2021 I did a couple of guest lectures at MBO Utrecht to prepare students for their internships in Front Offices in hotels.
