Founded in 2004, www.LawSourceLive.com is an online tool created solely to make the interaction between local courts and defense attorneys as seamless and effortless as possible.I joined LawSourceLive to expand on their success, build out their trusted brand and grow their customer base. Working with the two co-founders, I developed a strategic plan to expand their operations. Building off their best practices and client feedback, I put together a team to develop new services, marketing tools and and a long term growth model.

As Missouri state director for Americans For Prosperity I was responsible for the overall development and growth of the state chapter. This included developing an annual strategic plan and managing the state budget, fundraising and donor engagement, staff development and management, event planning and building relationships with local, state and federal elected officials.

As the Congressional District Director, I was responsible for all activities in the district office. These responsibilities started with creating a culture based around being customer focused in all constituent services. Responsibilities included managing the district staff while creating a strong connection with the staff and activities in Washington, D.C.. Overseeing staff development and management was a primary responsibility. Other responsibilities included creating a strong presence in the community by being the direct liaison to the congressional member at events including many speaking engagements.
