Strategic Build-out of client-specific Consulting Services / Ultimate Accountability of Delivery for Highly Valued, Global Accounts• Delivery: Ultimate Accountability for all aspects of client delivery related to a select set of global, key accounts. Responsibilities include delivery quality, customer satisfaction, resource management, and delivery finance management for all projects, including multiple, large-scale IT transformational programs impacting IT infrastructure and User Experience (UX).• Professional Services included multiple programs being delivered in parallel involving Data Center Build-Outs and Migrations, Infrastructure Managed Services/Transitional Support, Converged Infrastructure deployments, Cloud Management Platform (CMP) integration, Disaster Recovery, User Adoption, and large-scale Residency Programs to support security, network, cloud development (Azure/AWS) initiatives• Deliver external/client governance plan, user adoption (UX) strategy, key stakeholder communications, and quality assurance program on behalf of Professional Services practice• Presales: Responsible for scoping, staffing, and positioning managed and professional services service offerings to client• Utilization/People Management: accountable for 50+ resources consisting of FTEs & contractors, with responsibility for staffing, on-boarding, billing, utilization and client satisfaction• Business/Legal: conducted solution and deal reviews for complex managed services and professional service opportunities; responsible for developing, reviewing, and submitting SOWs for all projects/programs within key accounts portfolio; financial recognition and P&L management of key accounts
