Responsible for delivery of product development programs as well as professional capabilities and development of engineers and managers.Coordinates strategy with Marketing, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Industrial Design and Executive Management

Performed mechanical and electrical engineering design for novel medical and industrial devices using patented LED light capturing technology. Multiple patents received. Part of team negotiating licensing of IP to outside companies. Led internal consumer product development program efforts.

Lead Mechanical Engineer for robotic wheelchair product. Product is FDA class 3 device.
