Working closely with all Subaru of New England (SNE) departments and partner organizations, I support, advise, and consult our 64 Subaru Retailers with their digital processes, operations, and strategies, all designed to help them to meet and exceed individual business objectives across all profit centers (sales, service, parts). • Support entire region of 64 Subaru of New England Retailers | 60% in-field | 40% at Subaru of New England HQ• Assist with the onboarding and implementation of new customer-facing digital technologies such as remote service pick-up and drop-off, digital/remote contracting, and digital retailing.• Analyze traditional automotive retail data to implement modern marketing solutions (website, SEM, social, display, remarketing, etc.) based on individual Retailer goals.• Ongoing regional communications with Retailer body regarding best digital practices using in-depth knowledge of in-store process and familiarity of current sales/fixed operations goals.• Identify, communicate, and implement key digital engagement strategies with all levels of management.• Analyze and measure both digital, and automotive, specific business data at the retail level as they relate to existing digital strategy, and recommend improvements based on current market, etc.• Fulfill existing obligations across multiple departments and teams, with the goal of increasing overall brand awareness, business growth, and sales (vehicles and parts).

Established in 1971, Subaru of New England is the exclusive distributor of Subaru vehicles and parts to all 64 Subaru retailers in the six New England states. Retailer Operations:Focused on teaching and developing our retailer network of 64 Subaru retail locations. Main goals are to provide best practices for social strategy and online reputation management, assist individual locations with in-store training, and create robust social media advertising campaigns unique to each retailer's internal and customer needs.Regional Branding: Working closely with CEO and VP of Marketing, manage the company's New England-focused social media platforms across all channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube with ownership of planning, creative and strategic development, community engagement and in-depth reporting.

Music Drives Us (MDU) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that proudly supports innovators who strive to preserve and produce musical opportunities for all communities throughout New England. Through our grant cycle and generous supporters, MDU is able to support music education programs, supply schools with musical instruments, sponsor music therapy programs, and so much more.Responsible for the creative direction of our social media channels, along with content development operations and reporting, with an overall focus on brand recognition and direct-response campaigns in the New England region.
